Almond Cake by Chef Marinka

Almond Cake Ingredients:
250 g unsalted butter
200 g sugar
4 eggs
250g wheat flour
100g almond powder/almond meal by Almonesia
60ml of milk
50g sliced raw almond by Almonesia
 

Method

To Make Almond Cake:

Beat all ingredients in a bowl. Stir the dough with a spatula then beat on low-speed mixer until well mixed, then beat again on medium speed mixer until smooth and changed color.

Roast the raw slice almond in pan which already rub with a little butter, don’t roast too long because it will be roasted again into the oven.

Rub the bottom and side  of mold with a little butter, Pour the dough into the mold, sprinkle with roasted sliced almond then bake in an oven for 40 minutes in 170 celcius temperature.

When done, cool the cake for 15 minutes in the room temperature, so that easy to cut.

Finally Almond cake is ready to serve.
